TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Above all, we want you to love your Meg & Bee goodies.  But, if something goes wrong, here is the legal bumpf that tells you how we handle it. 

 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have chosen, you may return them to us within 14 days from the date of the order. You can either choose Exchange or Refund, provided that the product(s) are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging. If they are not in their original packing or another suitable box (so the item doesn't get squashed) we will not be able to refund you as they will be unsellable.

If you are returning a bag, please make sure you include the slim, leather strap that comes with the bag!

The return to us postage for either a RETURN or and EXCHANGE is for the customer's account. 

When returning items we recommend the use of the Royal Mail “Signed For” service or similar and to obtain proof of posting and a tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

 

 REFUNDS

For refunds, please print off our RETURNS/EXCHANGE FORMcomplete it (please make sure you fill in all areas), cut out the Returns Address, stick it on the front of your parcel and enclose the remaing part of the form with your parcel.  

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

 

EXCHANGES

To enable us to keep our product prices low and as we are a small company, we are unable to offer free exchanges.  The delivery charges for sending your new product/s will need to be paid for by the customer and an invoice will be issued by us via email once we have received your Return. You can choose which delivery cost you would like from our Delivery Options. 

Please print off our RETURNS/EXCHANGE FORM and follow the Returns process as stated above.

 

 FAULTY PRODUCT (unlikely 😃 but just in case!)

Please take time to read the care section on our website - misuse of your bag could cause an unnecessary fault.  If a product is faulty on receipt, please notify us as soon as possible and within 2 working days in any event and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.  If a product develops a fault within 6 months of purchase, we will offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.  Outside this timeframe we are unable to offer a repair or replacement.

For any faulty returns, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the product(s) to us. We will refund the costs of carriage up to a maximum of £5 where the item is confirmed by us to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect.
