Returns & exchanges
Above all, we want you to love your Meg & Bee goodies. But, if something goes wrong, here is the legal bumpf that tells you how we handle it.
WE HAVE EXTENDED OUR CHRISTMAS RETURNS UNTIL 15TH JANUARY 2024!
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have chosen, you may return them to us within 21 days from the date of receipt. We will arrange a refund, provided that the product(s) are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging for all bags, straps and wallets they must still have their label attached. If they are not in their original packing or do not have their label, (with all the tissue paper stuffing inside) or another suitable box (so the item doesn't get squashed) we will not be able to refund you as they will be unsellable.
If you are returning a bag, please make sure you include the strap that comes with the bag!
The return postage is for the customer's account.
When returning items we recommend the use of the Royal Mail “Signed For” service or similar and to obtain proof of posting and a tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Once the return has been received by our warehouse it can take up to 10 days for your refund to be processed, you will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed by us and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. This credit is processed by our payment provider and your bank and/or PayPal. Please allow up to 10-14 days for the payment to be credited to your account. In most instances the process is much quicker however over holiday periods for example there can be delays with the banking system. We are not responsible for these delays.
For all returns and refunds, please print off our RETURNS FORM, complete it (please make sure you fill in all areas), cut out the Returns Address*, stick it on the front of your parcel and enclose the remaing part of the form with your parcel.

If this is a GIFT: Please ensure the recipient has your Order Number as this will allow them to exchange the gift for Gift Vouchers should they wish to.
We are unable to exchange products so if you wish to choose a different item, please follow the RETURNS process above and then place a new order for your preferred item.
FAULTY PRODUCT (unlikely 😃 but just in case!)
Please take time to read the care section on our website - misuse of your bag could cause an unnecessary fault. If a product is faulty on receipt, please notify us as soon as possible and within 2 working days in any event and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. If a product develops a fault within 6 months of purchase, we will offer a repair or replacement at our discretion. Outside this timeframe we are unable to offer a repair or replacement.
For any faulty returns, please email us with a photo of the fault and we can then provide a Prepaid returns postage label for faulty returns.
