FAQ

Do you have a shop where I can view your products?

We do not have a shop and we do not supply to anyone else so you are only able to buy our products from us.  We have Pop Ups and Fairs (please see our Pop Ups and Fairs Page) which will show you any dates you can come and view our range.

Where can I get advice and images of combinations?

For advice on colours and combos please email us and we can send images to you (please allow a little time for us to reply).  A good inspirational source is our 'Inspirations' section on our website. For the most up-to-date advice see our Instagram feed @meg_bee_london, we post hundreds on combos on there!!

What size are the bags?

Classic: 22cmL x 16cmH x 7.5cmW.
Major: 26cmL x 19cmH x 8cmW.  
Mini: 17.5cmL x 12cmH x 5.3cmW.
Mobile: 18cmL x 10cmW x 2.5cmD. 
Tote: 35cmL x 29cmH x 15cmD.
Classic Money: 11cmL x 9cmW x 2.5cmD.
Major Money: 19.5cmL x 10cmW x 2.5cmD.

Do the bags come with their own strap?

Each bag comes with its own removable and adjustable matching slim leather strap and the Mini includes a beautiful adjustable belt as well!

Do they have internal pockets?

The Classic and the Mini have a single internal pocket, the Major has two.
The Mobile has an internal two slot card holder and the Slouchy Tote has a single internal zipped compartment.

How wide are the straps?

Wide: 5cmW.
Slim: 3.8cmW.
Skinny: 1.6cmW.

What colour are the zips and hardware?

The zips and hardware are light gold and only come in one colour.

Orders - amendments & tracking

Can I 'add to', 'amend' or 'cancel' my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, we have a super efficient despatch centre.  They start very early in the mornings so unfortunately this is not possible.  

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

I haven't received a confirmation email?

Our confirmation emails are generated automatically and are sent to you shortly after you have placed your order. If you have not received one it could be because there is a mistake in your email address, or the order was not completed or that it has ended up in your Junk Mail.  If none of these are the case, please email us.

My order hasn’t arrived?

Please check the tracking in your shipping confirmation email,  you can arrange a redelivery here if you missed the postman first time.

My tracking details say my order has arrived but it hasn't, what can I do?

All of our standard UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail which means that you are able to specify a safe place when you place your order. If you have received an email telling you that your parcel has been delivered we advise that you check your safe place or with your neighbours/ other family member as more often than not they will have it.  If this is not the case, please email us and we will try and track it for you. 

I’ve received the wrong product or am missing a product from my order, what can I do?

On the rare instances when this happens please email us straight away with a photo and we can arrange to send the correct item to you; we will send you a prepaid postage label to return the incorrect item to us.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery costs in the UK are outlined below. For further information see DELIVERY.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Please see pricing on our Delivery Page at the bottom of our website. 

How do I return an item, there is no paperwork in the package?

It's very important to us to reduce the amount of unnecessary paper usage, we therefore do not include a Returns Form in your parcel. If you wish to make a return, please head to our Returns section at the bottom of our website for all the info. On our Returns Page you will see our downloadable Returns Form which you can print off; if you do not have a printer, please neatly write down all the information asked for on our Returns Form, this will be sufficient to add to your parcel. 

I returned my order for a refund, have you received it?

It can take up to 10 days for us to process a return, you will receive an email notifying you when the refund has been made.

I’ve received a refund notification but the money is not yet in my bank?

Once refunds have been made it can take up to 10 days for the payment to be processed and reach your account.  If you still haven't received it after 10 days please email us - please refrain from contacting us before then.  We process the returns at a very good pace.

Can you mark my item as a gift if sending overseas?

Unfortunately not as all our orders are processed by our despatch centre and this is not possible.

Can you advise cost of duty and customs if shipping to a certain country?

Unfortunately not,  every country has their own set of tax rules,  please check with your local customs department.
