Q: What size are the bags?

A: Maxi: 35cmL x 29cmH x 15cmD, Major: 26cmL x 19cmH x 8cmW, Classic/Limited: 22cmL x 16cmH x 7.5cmW, Mini: 17.5cmL x 12cmH x 5.3cmW, Mini Belt: 107cmL x 4.2cmW, Mobile: 18cmL x 10cmW x 2.5cmD, Money: 11cmL x 9cmW x 2.5cmD.

Q: How do I look after my bag?

A: Each bag order should include a copy of our care card.  If you have not received this please email us for all the info. 

Q: Am I able to collect an order from you?

A:  Yes,  please email us to arrange this; we are based in Wandsworth, London, SW8.

Q: Can I 'add to' or 'amend' my order?

A: We have a super efficient despatch centre.  They start very early in the mornings so unfortunately this is not possible.  

Q: I haven't received a confirmation email?

A: Our confirmation emails are generated automatically and are sent to you shortly after you have placed your order. If you have not received one it could be because there is a mistake in your email address, or the order was not completed or that it has ended up in your Junk Mail.  If none of these are the case, please email us.

Q: My order hasn’t arrived? 

A: Please check the tracking in your shipping confirmation email,  you can arrange a redelivery here if you missed the postman first time.

Q: My tracking details say my order has arrived but it hasn't.

A:  All of our standard UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail which means that you are able to specify a safe place when you place your order. If you have received an email telling you that your parcel has been delivered we advise that you check your safe place or with your neighbours/ other family member as more often than not they will have it.  If this is not the case, please email us and we will try and track it for you. 

Q: How do I return an item, there is no paperwork in the package?

A: It's very important to us to reduce the amount of unnecessary paper usage, we therefore do not include a Returns Form in your parcel. If you wish to make a return, please head to our Returns section at the bottom of our website for all the info.  On our Returns Page you will see our downloadable Returns Form which you can print off; if you do not have a printer, please neatly write down all the information asked for on our Returns Form, this will be sufficient to add to your parcel. 

Q: I returned my order for a refund,  have you received it? 

A: It can take up to 10 days for us to process a return,  you will receive an email notifying you when the refund has been made.

Q: I’ve received a refund notification but the money is not yet in my bank? 

A: Once refunds have been made it can take up to 10 days for the payment to be processed and reach your account.  If you still haven't received it after 10 days please email us - please refrain from contacting us before then.  We process the returns at a very good pace.

Q: Do you have a shop where I can view your products?

A: We do not have a shop and we do not supply to anyone else so you are only able to buy our products from us.  We have Pop Ups and Fairs (please see our Pop Ups and Fairs Page) which will show you any dates you can come and view our range.

Q: Where can I get advice and images of combinations?

A: For advice on colours and combos please email us and we can send images to you (please allow a little time for us to reply).  A good inspirational source is our Instagram feed @meg_bee_london, please have a look there first as we post hundreds on combos on there!!  If you are not on Instagram, you are able to view all the Instagram images on the Home Page of our website. 

Q: I’ve received the wrong product or am missing a product from my order

A: On the rare instances when this happens please email us straight away with a photo and we can arrange to send the correct item to you; we will send you a prepaid postage label to return the incorrect item to us.

Q: Can you mark my item as a gift if sending overseas?

A: Unfortunately not as all our orders are processed by our despatch centre and this is not possible.

Q: How much does it cost to send an item to a certain country?

A: Please see pricing on our Delivery Page at the bottom of our website.  

Q: Can you advise cost of duty and customs if shipping to a certain country?

A: Unfortunately not,  every country has their own set of tax rules,  please check with your local customs department.
